In compliance with the city requirement of masking at city facilities, all in- <br />person meeting participants were wearing a face covering. The public was still encouraged to <br />participate in the meeting using the Zoom platform. <br /> <br />2) ROLL CALL/PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Roll Call Commissioners:Boulton, Brown, Dahlstrom, Heikkila, Hoag, Lenhart, <br />Ybarra. <br /> <br />Chair Hoag called for public comment by members of the audience. No audience member indicated <br />that they would like to comment. <br /> <br />3) APPROVAL OF MINUTES – JANUARY 4, 2022 MEETING <br /> <br />Vice-Chair Dahlstrom moved to approve the minutes.
