RCA Attachment D EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 3 The following Council Members were present: _________; 4 and _____ were absent. 5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ 7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒVICTORIA SHORESÓ FINAL PLAT 8 (PF21-001) 9 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution 11876 approving the requested 10 proposed Victoria Shores preliminary plat on January 31, 2022, based on the public record and City 11 Council deliberation, with the following conditions: 12 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works pertaining to this development, the applicant shall: 13 a. Dedicate the additional public right-of-way as required for Orchard Lane and Victoria Street. 14 b. Dedicate a 10-foot pathway easement coinciding with the drainage and utility easement 15 behind the property line of the lots abutting the west side of Victoria Street to accommodate a 16 possible future public pathway in this location. 17 c. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. 18 d. Establish a homeownerÓs association for the maintenance of the storm water management 19 BMPs. 20 e. Install wetland buffer signs on the property lines where the wetland buffer intersects. 21 2. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant 22 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $25,500 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey 23 County. 24 WHEREAS the proposed final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; 25 and 26 WHEREAS, Builders Lot Group, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval of the 27 proposed final plat on behalf of the property owner, the estate of George John Reiling; and 28 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Victoria Shores plat comprises Ramsey 29 County Parcel Identification Numbers 02-29-23-21-0001, 02-29-23-21-0048, and 02-29-23-21-0058; 30 and 31 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the 32 proposed Victoria Shores final plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the 33 following conditions: 34 1.
