RCA Attachment D <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 21st day of March 2022 at 6:00 p.m. <br />3 The following Council Members were present: _________; <br />4 and _____ were absent. <br />5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ <br />7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED ÒVICTORIA SHORESÓ FINAL PLAT <br />8 (PF21-001) <br />9 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council adopted Resolution 11876 approving the requested <br />10 proposed Victoria Shores preliminary plat on January 31, 2022, based on the public record and City <br />11 Council deliberation, with the following conditions: <br />12 1. Pursuant to the memo from Public Works pertaining to this development, the applicant shall: <br />13 a. Dedicate the additional public right-of-way as required for Orchard Lane and Victoria Street. <br />14 b. Dedicate a 10-foot pathway easement coinciding with the drainage and utility easement <br />15 behind the property line of the lots abutting the west side of Victoria Street to accommodate a <br />16 possible future public pathway in this location. <br />17 c. Enter into a Public Improvement Contract regarding the construction of public infrastructure. <br />18 d. Establish a homeownerÓs association for the maintenance of the storm water management <br />19 BMPs. <br />20 e. Install wetland buffer signs on the property lines where the wetland buffer intersects. <br />21 2. In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the applicant <br />22 shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $25,500 prior to filing the plat at Ramsey <br />23 County. <br />24 WHEREAS the proposed final plat is substantially the same as the approved preliminary plat; <br />25 and <br />26 WHEREAS, Builders Lot Group, LLC has submitted a valid application for approval of the <br />27 proposed final plat on behalf of the property owner, the estate of George John Reiling; and <br />28 WHEREAS, the property included in the proposed Victoria Shores plat comprises Ramsey <br />29 County Parcel Identification Numbers 02-29-23-21-0001, 02-29-23-21-0048, and 02-29-23-21-0058; <br />30 and <br />31 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the <br />32 proposed Victoria Shores final plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the <br />33 following conditions: <br />34 1.
