<br />22 The sanitary sewer fund will be reimbursed $36,000.00 by private property owners as these residents
<br />23 elected to have their private sewer services located in the rights-of-way replaced as part of the project.
<br />24 The City received a grant for additional stormwater funding from the Rice Creek Watershed District in
<br />25 the amount of $100,000 for the underground stormwater system at Simpson Street and County Road C2
<br />26 which is included in the storm sewer budget.
<br />27 Additionally, the City estimates $20,000.00 for testing for materials will be used from street fund.
<br />28 This project is proposed to be completed by October of 2022.
<br />29 The project includes a new pathway connection on Lexington Avenue from Woodhill Drive to the
<br />30 north where a pathway was constructed with the adjacent private development. This segment will be
<br />31 funded with State Aid funding, both MSA and CSAH. A cooperative construction agreement with
<br />32 Ramsey County will be presented to Council at a later date to document the cost share for this new
<br />33 pathway.
