Attachment A <br /> <br /> Agreement PW2022-04 <br /> <br />RAMSEY COUNTY <br />COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT <br />WITH THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE FOR <br />2022 Pavement Management Project <br />County State Project 062-651-071 <br />Municipal State Aid Project 160-020-046 <br /> <br />Total Project Cost: $185,082.26 <br />Ramsey County Cost: $82,0221.73 <br />City of Roseville Cost: $103,000.53 <br /> <br /> <br />Attachments: <br />Exhibit A – Project Location Map <br />Exhibit B – Engineer’s Estimate <br /> <br />This Agreement is between the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation ("City") and <br />Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota, ("County") <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lexington Avenue (County State Aid Highway 51) from Woodhill Dr. to 600- <br />feet north (“Project”) is identified in Ramsey County’s 2022-2026 Transportation <br />Improvement Program for pedestrian / bicycle improvements; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and County desire to construct a trail segment along Lexington <br />Avenue within the Project limits; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Lexington Avenue, in the area affected by construction, is designated County <br />State Aid Highway (CSAH) 51 and is located within the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project has been designated for funding by the Minnesota Department of <br />Transportation (“Mn/DOT”) as eligible for Municipal State Aid Street (“MSAS”) funds, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Project has been designated as County State Project (S.P.) 062-651-071 <br />and Municipal State Aid Project (S.A.P.) 160-020-046; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MUTUALLY AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> Page 1 of 7 <br /> <br /> <br />
