Adopt a Resolution (Attachment D) approving the Final Plat of Twin Lakes 4 Addition, based <br />35 on the content of this RCA, public input, City Council deliberation, and subject to the following <br />36 conditions: <br />37 In accordance with the recommendation of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the <br />38 applicant shall dedicate cash in lieu of park land in the amount of $431,120, to be paid prior <br />39 to filing the plat at Ramsey County. <br />40 B. By motion, approve the Twin Lakes Station access easement agreement as provided and depicted <br />41 in Attachment C. <br />42 A LTERNATIVE A CTIONS <br />43 a. Pass a motion to table the item for future action. An action to table must be tied to the need for <br />44 clarity, analysis and/or information necessary to make a recommendation on the request. <br />45 b. Pass a motion recommending denial of the proposal.
