Attachment A 1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING 2 OF THE 3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 4 5 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 6 7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of th 8 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 14 day of March, 2022, at 6:00 9 p.m. 10 11 The following members were present: , , , , and Mayor . 12 and the following were absent: . 13 14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 15 16 17 RESOLUTION No. 18 19 Resolution Establishing Precincts 20 21 22 WHEREAS, the legislature of the State of Minnesota has been redistricted; and 23 24 WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute section 204B.14, subd. 3(d) requires that precinct boundaries 25 must be reestablished within 60 days of when the legislature has been redistricted or at least 19 26 weeks before the state primary election, whichever comes first; 27 28 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED; that the City Council of the City of Roseville, 29 Minnesota hereby establishes the boundaries of the voting precincts as follows: 30 31 Precinct 1 32 That part of the city west of Fairview Avenue and north of County Road C. 33 34 Precinct 2 35 That part of the city north of County Road C, east of Fairview Avenue, and west of a line 36 described as follows: commencing at the intersection of Pascal Street and County Road 37 C2, northerly along Pascal Street to the intersection of Pascal Street and Rambler Road, 38 following northerly along the school district boundary matching the eastern property lines 39 of 1480 Applewood Court, 2838 Arona Street, 1468 Centennial Drive, 1467 Centennial 40 Drive, and 1468 County Road C2 to County Road C2, easterly along County Road C2 to 41 Hamline Avenue, northerly along Hamline Avenue, then northerly along the school 42 district boundary matching the western property lines of 3040, 3056, 3066, and 3076 43 Hamline Avenue to the northern boundary of the city. 44
