Attachment C <br />City of Roseville <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING <br />TITLE 1, CHAPTER 104, PERSONNEL POLICY <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1: Title 1, Chapter 104 of the Roseville City Code is repealed in its <br />entirety and amended to read as follows: <br />CHAPTER 104 <br />PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS <br />SECTION: <br />104.01: Personnel Rules and Regulation s <br />104.01: PERSONNEL RULES AND REGULATIONS: <br />A.Except as limited by state and federal law, the city manager or the city <br />manager’s designee, has the authority, powers, and rights necessary for the <br />efficient and effective management of all City business. The city manager or <br />designee may promulgate personnel rules setting forth the rights, duties, and <br />responsibilities of employees. Such rules may from time to time be amended. <br />SECTION 2: Effective date. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage <br />and publication. <br />Passed by the City Council of the City of Roseville this day of 2022. <br /> <br />
