Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 25 day of April, <br />3 2022, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />6 absent: . <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />9 <br />10 RESOLUTION No. <br />11 <br />12 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br />13 RCD 4 STORM SEWER AND TWIN LAKES TRAIL IMPROVEMENTS <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />17 <br />18 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on March 22, 2021, <br />19 Meyer Contracting, Inc. has satisfactorily completed the improvements associated with <br />20 the Cleveland Watermain Improvements contract. <br />21 <br />22 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />23 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby <br />24 accepted andapproved; and <br />25 <br />26 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, upon receiving final documents from the <br />27 contractor, the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />28 payment of such contract and taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />29 <br />30 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty period as specified in the <br />31 contract shall commence on April 25, 2022. <br />32 <br />33 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />34 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />35 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />36 <br />37 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
