EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of March, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilmember Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8557 RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AND ORDERING ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS FOR 1990 CONTRACTS A, B, C, D, and E WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution passed by the City Council the City Public Works Director has prepared plans and specifications for the following Improvements and has presented such plans and specifications to the Council for approval: CONTRACT A: P-90-02, east side of Neighborhood No. 71, ST-90-09, and SS-W-P-86-44 CONTRACT B: M-90-12 CONTRACT C: P-90-02, west side of Neighborhood No. 71, P-90-08, ST-90-09, P-90-02, Neighborhood No. 70, ST-90-10, and M-90-12 CONTRACT D: P-90-02, Neighborhood No.6, ST-90-13, M-90-12, and P-90-04 CONTRACT E: P-90-14 THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, Minnesota: 1. Such plans and specifications, copies of which are attached hereto, and made a part hereof, are hereby approved. 2. The City Manager shall prepare the cause to be inserted in the Focus, the official newspaper, and in the Construction Bulletin, an advertisement for bids upon the making of such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement for bids for 1990 Contracts A, B, C, D, and E shall be published as required by law, shall specify
