Milner Carley, the Village <br />Engineer and Loftsgaarden the Village Attorney were also present. <br /> <br />The Heeting was ca.llBd to order by Iiiayor Olson. <br /> <br />Carlson moved, seconded by Olson that the minutes of the last meeting <br />be approved as they appeared on the copies furnished the members. Roll <br />Call Ayes-(4) Na)~s-(O). <br /> <br />Ha.mm.ersten moved, seconded by Olson that the bids on sand be opened. <br />Roll Call Ayes-(4) Nayes-(5). <br /> <br />Clerk read bids on sand which includes: <br /> <br />The bid from J.L. Shiely Co., was as follows: <br /> <br />F.O.B. Your trucks - $Q.90 per ton <br /> <br />In stockpile, loading to be done with VilJage <br />trucks and equipment. $0.80 per ton. <br /> <br />The bid from Oscar Gottfried was as follows: <br /> <br />$1.15 per Cu.
