Hammersten read Zoning Board Heport on petition of H.C. Nelson to rezone his property from Clas:::; A to Class B propert~r. Olson movod, seconded by H2~ersten that the Council concur in reco~~- endation of Zoning Board and the folJŒJÌn¿c: described property: The East 200 feet of Horth 233 feet of Lot 2, Bunson Hills be rezoned from Class A residential'tÒ Class B. Holl Call Ayes-(5) Ne.yes-(O). The hearing on the vace.ting of Asbury Street ,vas declared open. The Clerk read the published and posted notice on said vacating. Hilner Carley, Village EnGineer reported that the Village Check into securing an easement for a street on the South 30 feot of the Lindberg prolJorty if Asbury Street is to be vacated. So if the Kirchoff prop6l't~r is developed there ¡.Jill be a Hay of gettine out to Snelling Avenue. Hr. Wood who represented the group who purchased the 8 lots agreed that a meeting could be arranged to discuss this further. Roll call Ayes-5 Nayes(O) Ordinance No. 185 was read amending Ordinance No. 161, relating to the collection and disposal of garbage and rubbish and licensing of collectors thereof. License fee formerly set at :;550.00 'Vms lowered to ~p35.00 by the new ordinance. Hammersten moved, Olson seconded that Ordinance No. 185 be adopted. Roll Call Ayes-(5) Nayes-CO). Ordine~ce No. 186 providing for the establishment of a voluntary police department 1'¡2'2._L~.and discussed. Loftsgac'.rden, Attorney, asked that a new clause be substituted to the ordinanc2.
