Nelson to rezone <br />his property from Clas:::; A to Class B propert~r. <br /> <br />Olson movod, seconded by H2~ersten that the Council concur in reco~~- <br />endation of Zoning Board and the folJŒJÌn¿c: described property: <br /> <br />The East 200 feet of Horth 233 feet of Lot 2, Bunson Hills be <br />rezoned from Class A residential'tÒ Class B. <br /> <br />Holl Call Ayes-(5) Ne.yes-(O). <br /> <br />The hearing on the vace.ting of Asbury Street ,vas declared open. The Clerk <br />read the published and posted notice on said vacating. <br /> <br />Hilner Carley, Village EnGineer reported that the Village Check into <br />securing an easement for a street on the South 30 feot of the Lindberg <br />prolJorty if Asbury Street is to be vacated. So if the Kirchoff prop6l't~r is <br />developed there ¡.Jill be a Hay of gettine out to Snelling Avenue. Hr. Wood <br />who represented the group who purchased the 8 lots agreed that a meeting <br />could be arranged to discuss this further. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, Olson seconded that He refer it to Loftsgaarden and <br />Carley for chocking. Roll call Ayes-5 Nayes(O) <br /> <br />Ordinance No. 185 was read amending Ordinance No. 161, relating to the <br />collection and disposal of garbage and rubbish and licensing of collectors <br />thereof. License fee formerly set at :;550.00 'Vms lowered to ~p35.00 by the <br />new ordinance. <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, Olson seconded that Ordinance No. 185 be adopted.
