The house at 2994 Old Highway 8 will remain, while <br />the house at 2986 Old Highway 8 will be demolished. <br />We are making these lots large enough so that a builder would have the choice to put <br />either detached single family homes or attached single family homes (twin homes) on <br />the site. The determination on what to build has not been finalized, however all <br />infrastructure will be in place to accommodate twins. So, this site may go from two <br />homes to four, are as many as seven homes. We aim to keep a timeless design on <br />the site, so that the new structures “fit in” to the existing neighborhood. <br />I have submitted under separate email, the proposed site plan and proposed plan for <br />parkland for your review. <br />Please let me know if you have further questions, or if I need to submit anything else <br />for your review.
