Location maps <br />31of the development located at 3080-3110Old Highway 8were reviewed by the Commission. The <br />32development is located in ConstellationA of the Parks and Recreation System Master Plan. There <br />33are no specific park plans identified in this area in the Master Plan. <br />34 <br />35The proposal for 3080-3110Old Highway 8includes 3 lots on 8.50 acres. The project qualifies for <br />36Park Dedication. The development is residential with 239 total units. The cash amount would be <br />37$4,250 per unit or $1,015,750. The land amount would be 10% of 8.5 acres or .85 acres. <br />38 <br />39Staff noted that therehas been general feedback aboutthe increase in useat Sandcastle Parkwith <br />40some concerns about after houruse of the basketball court. <br />1 <br /> <br />
