EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 12th day of March, 1990, at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog, and the following were absent: None. Member Cushman introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 8558 AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF MINNESOTA, DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION AGREEMENT NO. 66924 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City of Roseville enter into an Agreement with the State of Minnesota, Department of Transporta- tion, for the following purposes, to wit: For the installation of emergency vehicle pre- emption at the existing traffic control signal on Trunk Highway No. 49 (Rice street) at County state Aid Highway No. 23 (County Road C) in accordance wi th the terms and condi tions set forth and contained in Agreement No. 66924, a copy of which was before the Council. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the proper City Officers be and hereby are authorized to execute such agreement, and thereby assume for and on behalf of the City all of the contractual obligations contained therein. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Maschka, and upon a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rag, and the following voted against the same: None. WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
