Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of rd 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 23day of May, 2022, at 3 6:00 p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following were absent: . 5 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION No. 7 RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT 8 FOR FAIRVIEW AND COUNTY ROAD C STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS 9 WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the improvement, according to the plans 10 and specifications thereof on file in the office of the Manager of said City, said bids were 11 received on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at 11:00 a.m., opened and tabulated according to law and 12 the following bids were received complying with the advertisement: Contractor Base Bid $331,331.00 New Look Contracting, Inc. US SiteWork, Inc. $348,162.00 Meyer Contracting Inc. $349,769.08 Northdale Construction, Inc. $432,394.97 $362,010.00 Engineer’s Estimate 13 WHEREAS, it appears that New Look Contracting, Inc. is the lowest responsible bidder at the 14 tabulated price for Base Bid of $331,331.00; and 15 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of the City of Roseville, 16 Minnesota: 17 1. The Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a 18 contract with New Look Contracting, Inc. for $331,331.00in the name of the City of 19 Roseville for the above improvements according to the plans and specifications 20 thereof heretofore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City 21 Manager. 22 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith to all bidders 23 the deposits made with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder and the 24 next lowest bidder shall be retained until contracts have been signed.
