RCA Attachment E EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of May, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. 3 The following Council Members were present: _________; 4 and _____ were absent. 5 Council Member _____ introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION NO. ___ 7 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PROPOSED EDISON ADDITION PLAT (PF22-004) 8 WHEREAS, Edison Land LLC, owner of the property at 3080-3110 Old Highway 8 has 9 submitted a valid application for approval of the proposed Edison Addition plat; and 10 WHEREAS the proposed subdivision conforms to all of the applicable standards of the City of 11 Roseville zoning and subdivision codes; and 12 WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council held the duly noticed public hearing for this application 13 on May 23, 2022; 14 NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Roseville City Council, to approve the 15 proposed Edison Addition plat, based on the public record and City Council deliberation, with the 16 following conditions: 17 1. Pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff reviewed with this proposal, the applicant 18 shall submit payment of $505,750 to satisfy the park dedication requirement pertaining to Edison 19 1 and Edison 2 before the City will release the approved plat for recording at Ramsey County. 20 2. If Outlot A is platted in the future for the planned third phase, Edison 3, the applicant shall pay a 21 cash dedication to be calculated at that time based on the number of proposed units and the per- 22 unit rate in effect at that time, pursuant to the memo from Parks and Recreation staff reviewed 23 with this proposal. 24 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
