<br />C APITAL A SSETS
<br />The City of Roseville’s investment in capital assets for its governmental and business type activities as of
<br />December 31, 2021, amounts to $186,952,380 (net of accumulated depreciation) – an increase of
<br />$2,486,624l from the previous year. This investment in capital assets includes land, buildings, infrastructure,
<br />machinery and equipment.
<br />Major capital asset events during the current fiscal year included the following:
<br />Approximately $2 million in improvements to the City’s streets and sidewalks
<br />Approximately $6.9 million in improvements to the City’s sewer line, water lines, lift stations and
<br />storm drainage infrastructure.
