Roseville Public Works, Environment <br />and Transportation Commission <br />Meeting Minutes <br />Tuesday, July 26, 2022, at 6:30 p.m. <br />City Council Chambers, 2660 Civic Center Drive <br />Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br />1 1. Introduction / Roll Call <br />2 Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />3 request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />4 N <br />5 Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; Vice Chair Michael Joyce; and Members Jarrod <br />6 Cicha, Nancy Misra, Mike Collins, and Edwin Hodder <br />7 <br />8 Absent: None. <br />9 <br />10 Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; City <br />11 Engineer/Assistant Public Works Director Jesse <br />12 Freihammer; Civil Engineer Stephanie Smith, and <br />13 Environmental Specialist Ryan Johnson <br />14 <br />15 2. Public Comments <br />16 Chair Ficek indicated today is the 32°d anniversary of the signing of the ADA <br />17 (American Disability Act). He thought it has pushed them towards greater <br />18 acceptance of choices, multi -model, whether bike or pedestrian and complimented <br />19 staff on doing a good job of incorporating these in City projects. <br />20 <br />21 Mr. Culver indicated the ADA has changed the way roads are built and designed <br />22 and continues to change. <br />23 <br />24 3. Approval of June 28, 2022 Meeting Minutes <br />25 Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />26 commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />27 draft presented in meeting materials. <br />28 <br />29 Motion <br />30 Member Joyce moved, Member Misra seconded, approval of the June 28, 2022 <br />31 meeting minutes as presented. <br />32 <br />33 Ayes:6 <br />Page 1 of 8 <br />
