Attachment C <br />October 9, 2019 <br />Request for Proposal for Cedarholm Community Building andGolfCourserill/itchen Service <br />You are invited to submit a proposal for our Cedarholm Community Building grill/kitchenin accordance with <br />the requirements set forth in the attached Request for Proposal(RFP). <br />The City of Roseville owns and operates the Cedarholm Community Building and Golf Course which includes a <br />full service dining area, an up-to-120-seat banquet/meeting space that can be divided into two areas and a par- <br />three nine-hole golf course that sits on 22 acres in the heart of Roseville. The Community Building and Kitchen <br />is a brand new, state of the art facility that was constructed in 2018. It is strategically located along Highway 36 <br />directly adjacent to the Hamline Avenue exit ramp. <br />Cedarholm Community Building Vision <br />The city envisions the CedarholmCommunity Building as a vibrant, year-round activity space that allows <br />Roseville community members to enjoy a broad variety of recreational activities. Whether enjoying a beverage <br />on the patio, watching live music in the building, meeting family and friends for dinner and board games, or <br />gathering for some post-game banter after completing nine-holes, the city envisionstheCommunity Building as <br />having something for everyone. Roseville is seeking a food and beverage vendor to serveasa partner in this <br />endeavor. <br />The city isexploring options forpotential vendors, community groups and other possible proprietors to operate <br />the kitchen including the grill/kitchen area. Specifically, the city is seeking an operator to provide food and/or <br />beverage services with the owner/operator leasing the space from the city. Below is an anticipated schedule of <br />the proposal process: <br />October 9, 2019:Request for proposals sent to potential vendors <br />December 2, 2019:Deadline to submit proposals to the City of Roseville <br />December 2December 11, 2019:city reviewsproposals <br />December 16 -20, 2019:Interviews withqualifiedproposer(s) <br />January 2020:Final operator recommendation considered by city <br />February2020(depending on proposal):Selected vendor movesinto space <br />If you intend to respond to the RFP,I encourage you to contact me to set up a tour of the space with Cedarholm <br />staff. Aletter of intent, which is neither binding nor required, but will greatly assist in planning for proposal <br />evaluation,mayalso be submitted in addition to the official proposal. Your proposal must be received no later <br />than December 2at 4:00pm.The city reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive irregularities and <br />technicalities, and to award a contract in the best interests of the community as a whole. <br />It is anticipated that the vendorwhose proposal is the best fit for our project will be selected by January 2020. <br />We will notify all providers, whether they have been selected or are otherwise unsuccessful.The point of <br />contact for all inquiries and correspondences is listed below. <br />Thank you for your time, effort, and interest in our Community Building grill/kitchenservice.
