Introduction / Roll Call <br />Chair Ficek called the meeting to order at approximately 6:30 p.m. and at his <br />request, Public Works Director Marc Culver called the roll. <br />Present: Chair Bryant Ficek; and Members Jarrod Cicha, Mike Collins and <br />Edwin Hodder <br />Absent: Members Michael Joyce and Nancy Misra (Excused) <br />Staff Present: Public Works Director Marc Culver; Environmental <br />Manager Ryan Johnson and Sustainability Intern Noelle <br />Bakken <br />2. Public Comments <br />None <br />3. Approval of July 26, 2022 Meeting Minutes <br />Comments and corrections to draft minutes had been submitted by PWETC <br />commissioners prior to tonight's meeting and those revisions incorporated into the <br />draft presented in meeting materials. <br />Chair Ficek indicated staff members present was not correct. Assistant City <br />Engineer Stephanie Smith and Environmental Manager Ryan Johnson were not at <br />the meeting. <br />Motion <br />Member Collins moved, Member Cicha seconded, approval of the July 26, <br />2022 meeting minutes as amended. <br />Ayes: 4 <br />Nays: 0 <br />Motion carried. <br />Page 1 of 9 <br />
