EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the twelfth day of March, 1990, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog and the following were absent: None. Councilperson Thomas introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 8560 RESOLUTION RECEIVING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT NO. P-90-04 AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS THEREFOR UNDER AND PURSUANT TO MINNESOTA STATUTES, CHAPTER 429 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville as follows: 1. By resolution adopted July 24, 1990, the Council directed the City Public Works Director to prepare preliminary reports as to the feasibility of the proposed improvement: P-90-04 -- Overlay on Long Lake Road from County Road C to County Road C-2 including milling of existing pavement, installation of concrete driveway aprons, repair of deteriorated concrete curb and gutter, and bituminous paving with funding from the Municipal State Aid Fund. 2. The Public Works Director was also directed to include in the report the estimated cost of the proposed improvement and as to whether such improvement should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other improvement. The preliminary report and cost estimates have been submitted and considered by the Council and are hereby approved and directed to be placed on file in the office of the City Manager. The improvement proposed to be made in the general manner set forth in the report is designated as Improvement No. P-90-04. NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed. The City Public Works Director is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications.
