Owner and Lessee (through its predecessor-in-interest) entered into a certain Lease Agreement <br />on the 25th day of April, 2005, for the purpose of installing, operating, and maintaining a <br />communications facility and other improvements on the Property (“Lease”). A Memorandum of <br />Lease was recorded November 18, 2005, as Document No. 3905917. <br /> <br />2. Owner and Lessee entered into a First Amendment to Lease Agreement dated the _____ day of <br />_______________, 2022, which modifies the Lessee’s ground space and Rent under the Lease <br />(“First Amendment”). <br /> <br />3. This First Amendment to Memorandum of Lease is not intended to amend or modify, and shall <br />not be deemed or construed as amending or modifying, any of the terms, conditions or provisions <br />of the Lease, as amended, all of which are hereby ratified and affirmed.
