The City has received applications for the following: <br />4 <br />5 Mito LLC dba Tulum Hall – On-SaleLiquor License w/ Sunday Sales <br />6 Mito LLC dba Tulum Hall – OutdoorEndorsement <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 P OLICY O BJECTIVE <br />10 The regulation of establishments that sell alcoholic beverages has been a long-standing practice by the <br />11 State and the City. <br />12 F INANCIAL I MPACTS <br />13 The revenue that is generated from the license fees is used to offset the cost of police compliance checks, <br />14 background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br />15 S TAFF R ECOMMENDATION <br />16 The applicant meets all requirements set forth under City Code.
