EXHIBIT A <br />SCHEDULE AND SCOPE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />Tank 1.5-MG Torosphere Tank <br />Name: Roseville, Minnesota <br />Year: 2023 <br />Dry Interior (Coatings): <br /> Remove the existing coating system on the dry interior surfaces to the equivalent of an <br />1. <br />SSPC-SP6 Commercial Blast Cleaning condition. <br /> Apply one coat of zinc primer and two coats of epoxy to dry interior surfaces. <br />Years: 2024 to 2026 <br />Yearly Visual Surveys: <br />1. <br /> Full tank inspection (wet interior does not need to be drained). <br /> Preparation of summary report. <br />Year: 2026 <br />Exterior: <br /> Pressure-wash exterior surfaces to remove contaminants, mildew, and scale. <br /> Power-tool clean all failed/corroded areas on the exterior surfaces to an equivalent of an <br />1. <br />SSPC-SP3 Power Tool Cleaning condition. <br /> Apply one coat of epoxy, and one coat of urethane with UV-protection to <br />exposed/prepared areas. <br />Wet Interior: <br /> Pressure-wash all wet interior surfaces to remove contaminants and staining. <br /> Power-tool clean all failed/corroded areas on wet interior surfaces to an equivalent of an <br />2. <br />SSPC-SP11 Power Tool Cleaning to Bare Metal condition. <br /> Apply two coats of epoxy to all prepared areas in accordance with ANSI/NSF Standard <br />600. <br /> Disinfect tank wet interior per AWWA C652. <br />Dry Interior: <br /> Power-tool clean all failed/corroded areas on wet interior surfaces to an equivalent of an <br />3. SSPC-SP3 Power Tool Cleaning condition. <br /> Apply two coats of epoxy to all prepared areas in accordance with AWWA Inside Paint <br />System No. 1. <br />Engineering Evaluation: <br /> Inspection of the exterior and wet interior coating systems. <br /> Wet interior will be drained to coincide with the wet interior pressure wash and coating <br />4. <br />repairs. <br /> Tank accessories inspection. <br /> Preparation of a report with recommendations. <br /> <br />
