This becomes <br />problematic when cities limit the number of licenses and stores need to compete for limited licenses. <br />We also caution against licensing edible products with any THC. Many non-intoxicating cannabinoids, <br />such as full spectrum CBD products, have a trace amount of THC. Requiring a license for products with <br />any THC is problematic, especially when there are a limited number of licenses. As we ask for Roseville <br />to follow Maple Plain’s lead in how describing licensed products: <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(emphasis added.) <br /> <br />Again, I appreciate the task before Roseville in drafting a licensing ordinance, especially for products <br />commonly misunderstood or unknown.
