This becomes <br />problematic when cities limit the number of licenses and stores need to compete for limited licenses. <br />We also caution against licensing edible products with any THC. Many non-intoxicating cannabinoids, <br />such as full spectrum CBD products, have a trace amount of THC. Requiring a license for products with <br />any THC is problematic, especially when there are a limited number of licenses.
