Attachment A <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City <br />th <br />2 of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 7 day of November, <br />3 2022, at 6:00 p.m. <br />4 <br />5 The following members were present: and the following members were <br />6 absent: . <br />7 <br />8 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />9 <br />10 RESOLUTION No. <br />11 <br />12 FINAL CONTRACT ACCEPTANCE <br />13 COUNTY ROAD B WATERMAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br />14 <br />15 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, as follows: <br />16 <br />17 WHEREAS, pursuant to a written contract signed with the City on April 11, 2022, <br />18 Northdale Construction Co., Inc.has satisfactorily completed the improvements <br />19 associated with the Cleveland Watermain Improvements contract. <br />20 <br />21 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />22 ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the work completed under said contract is hereby <br />23 accepted and approved; and <br />24 <br />25 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that, upon receiving final documents from the <br />26 contractor, the City Manager is hereby directed to issue a proper order for the final <br />27 payment of such contractand taking the contractor's receipt in full; and <br />28 <br />29 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the one-year warranty period as specified in the <br />30 contract shall commence on November 7, 2022. <br />31 <br />32 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />33 Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />34 favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: . <br />35 <br />36 WHEAREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />
