Staff is reaching out to our legislative delegation at the time of the writing of this RCA <br />44 and will report verbally at the meeting. <br />45 <br />46 The City Council also wanted to consider adding the ability for cities to implement “green” building <br />47 code and development standards to the City’s Legislative Priorities. Staff has provided information <br />48 on the legislative policies on “green” building codes and development standards of the League of <br />49 Minnesota Cities and Metro Cities. <br />50 <br />51 For additional information, staff has included the table of contents of the legislative policies for each <br />52 organization.
