<br />163 Attachment D <br />164 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />165 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />166 <br />167 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />168 <br />169 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />170 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 5th day of December, 2022 at 6:00 p.m. <br />171 <br />172 The following members were present: and , and the following were absent: <br />173 <br />174 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />175 <br />176 RESOLUTION <br />177 <br />178 RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX LEVY, FOR THE BENEFIT OF <br />179 THE ROSEVILLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY, ON REAL ESTATE TO THE <br />180 RAMSEY COUNTY AUDITOR FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 2023 <br />181 <br />182 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, as <br />183 follows: <br />184 <br />185 The request of the Economic Development Authority for a special levy per Minnesota Statutes Section <br />186 469.107, is hereby approved in the amount of $411,505 to be collected in 2023 for the purposes of <br />187 Minnesota Statutes, Sections 469.090 to 469.1081.
