REQUEST FOR COUNCIL ACTION <br />Date: December 5, 2022 <br />Item No.: 10.f <br />Department ApprovalCity Manager Approval <br />Item Description:ApproveAddendum to Ramsey CountyMutual Aid Agreement <br />1 <br />2 B ACKGROUND <br />th <br />3 On July 25, Roseville City Council approved the 2023-2029 Ramsey County Law Enforcement <br />4 Consortium Mutual Aid Agreement (Attachment A). <br />5 <br />th <br />6 On November 15, the Roseville Police Department received notification an additional section (XVII <br />7 Counterparts) was added to the end of the agreement. Based on the makeup of theagreement and the <br />8 status as a consortium with multiple agencies, the typical procedure of obtaining all signatures prior to <br />9 passing it along to the next agency for signatures was not possible.
