<br />VILLAGE OF ROSEVI1LE <br />Regular meeting of the Village Council December 8, 1954 at 2 p.Jj1. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following membera <br />present: Carlson, Salverda, Olson, Willmus and Hammersten. B. H. <br />Loftsgaarden, Village Attorney, and Milner Carley, Village Engineer, <br />were also present. <br /> <br />Olson moved, seconded by Willmus that the minutes of the previous meet- <br />ing be approved as present to the members of the Council. Roll Call <br />Ayes (5) Nayes (0). <br /> <br />A letter was read. from the County Engineer in regardj' to the County <br />selling asphalt and etc. The letter was referred to the Attorney. <br /> <br />The Clerk read a letter::from Schaefer & Hurlbert, Architects, in ref- <br />erence to drawing plans for the building of the new liquor store. It <br />was placed on file and will be given consideration. <br /> <br />A letter from Gluek Brewing Co. was read stating they have some property <br />they will sell to the Village for the Municipal Liquor Store. It is <br />located north of the Gluek Farm and on thô wast side of Snelling Ave. <br />It was placed on file. <br /> <br />A letter was reati by the Clerk from the Galesi Agency, owners of the <br />Rose Vista Apartments, in regard to the sewage disposai problem. They <br />said they are negotiating with the city to connect with their sewer. <br /> <br />The Clerk read an application to rézone from farm-residence to business <br />the West ~ of Lot 5, Asylum Outlots. Hammersten moved, Olson seconded <br />the application be accepted and a Public Hearing be held on Dec. 21, 1954. <br />Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). II us moved, Hammersten <br />seconded the application be accepted ana the Public Hearing be held on <br />Dec. 21, 1954. Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Hammersten moved, seconded by Olson that the petition to rezone Lot 20 of <br />Woodlyn Part (NW comer of Rice and Owasso Blvd) be heard at a Public <br />Hearing on Dec. 21. Roll Call Ayes (5)-Nayes (0). <br /> <br />Olson moved, Hammersten seconded the following license applications be <br />approved.
