<br />.~66 <br /> <br />VILLAGE COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Special meeting Wednesday December 29th 1954 at 4 P. 1vl. <br /> <br />The Village Council met on the above date with the following members <br />present: Carlson, Olson, Salverda and Hammersten. <br /> <br />Discussion was held on a location for an On-Sale liquor Store. Olson <br />moved, seconded by Salverda that the following resolution be adopted, <br />providing the restaurant will be built along side of the proposed site <br />of the the proposed On-Sale Liquor store according to the plans presented <br />to the Council. <br /> <br />WHEREAS a resolution was admpted on September 15th, 1954 to <br />establish a municipal On-Sale Liquor Store and <br /> <br />WHEREAS a location is necessary, be it further resolved that the <br />Village acquire a tract of two (2) acres in size on the <br />west side of Snelling Ave. south of County Road C 2 and <br />the Village enter into a contract thereof for acquiring <br />said site, <br /> <br />AND THAT such money as is necessary be taken from the Liquor Fund <br />for the purchase of the tract until such time as the <br />Bond Issue is made and then it be replaced. <br /> <br />Roll Call Ayes (4)~Nayes (0). <br /> <br />ff /V ~ <br />r l,. fJ ' frrt/ <br />MAYOR <br /> <br />~ <br /> <br />CLERK <br />
