<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />HELD: March 26, 1990 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Ramsey County, <br />Minnesota, was duly called and held at City Hall in said City on <br />the 26th day of March, 1990 at 7:30 p.m. for the purpose of <br />approving the modified Development Program relating to <br />Development District No. I, the adoption of the Modified Tax <br />Increment Financing Plans for Tax Increment Financing Districts <br />Nos. 1 through 10, and the establishment of Tax Increment <br />Financing District No. 11 and No. 12 and approving the Tax <br />Increment Financing Plans relating thereto. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Cushman, Maschka, Thomas, Johnson, and Rog, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />Councilmember ,T()hn!';()n introduced the <br />following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />856lA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE <br />MODIFIED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM RELATING TO <br />DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT NO.
