Resources for Inclusive Decision Making <br />The Blandin Community Leadership Program trains leaders from rural Minnesota <br />communities. <br />The International City and County Managers Association (ICMA) shares resources <br />"Sustainabilit,y hrough an Equ� Lens, an Introduction." <br />ICMA identified 11 leading practices used by communities pursuing sustainabilitythat <br />includes social equity in "Social Equity and Local Government Sustainability." <br />The Intercultural Cities program is an entry point for assessing diversity and awareness <br />on human rights in your community. You can start with the Intercultural Citizenship Test <br />and then use the program to learn how diversity is an advantage. <br />Several University of Minnesota entities came together to create this resource "Creating a <br />Welcoming Community: AToolkit to Support Immigrants, Refugees, and BIPOC." It is free <br />to download. <br />The Government Alliance on Race and Equ _(CARE). is a national network of <br />governments working to achieve racial equity and advance opportunities for all. <br />Engaging Local Government Leaders (ELGL) offers a 5 part series on "Diversity, Equ t <br />Inclusion, and Belonging in Government." <br />Additional resources are available on the Minnesota GreenStep website. <br />
