See Figure <br />4836 1012-3. <br />4837 Figure 1012-3: Bluff Impact Zone <br />4838 BLUFF, TOE OF: The lower point of a 50-foot segment with an average slope exceeding 18 <br />4839 percent or the ordinary high water level, whichever is higher. <br />4840 BLUFF, TOP OF: For the purposes of measuring setbacks, bluff impact zone, and administering <br />4841 vegetation management standards, the higher point of a 50-foot segment with an average slope <br />4842 exceeding 18 percent. <br />4843 BOATHOUSE: A facility as defined by Minnesota Statutes, Section 103G.245. <br />4844 BUFFER: A vegetative feature as defined by Minnesota Statutes, Section 103F.48. <br />4845 BUILDING LINE: A line parallel to a lot line or the ordinary high water level at the required <br />4846 setback beyond which a structure may not extend. <br />4847 CONTROLLED ACCESS LOT: A lot used to access public waters or as a recreation area for <br />4848 owners of nonriparian lots within the same subdivision containing the controlled access lot. <br />9 <br /> <br />
