ATTACHMENT F <br />Regular Planning Commission Meeting <br />Minutes – Wednesday, November 2, 2022 <br />Page 13 <br />Ms. Gundlach explained her initial response would be staff can take another look at <br />these and see what needs to be better defined. One concern she has is with the <br />worksheet living outside of the Code and having a staff person who has knowledge <br />about sustainability at levels the City Planners do not have, staff would like to have <br />that person to have the ability to work on a project by project basis to evaluate the <br />merits of these individual projects and to have some flexibility to make decisions <br />based on what is in front of them with that specific project and she gets a little <br />concerned when things are overly defined because that might be detrimental to <br />developers actually utilizing this. <br /> <br />Chair Kimble thought this was great effort and everyone was excited to give it a try. <br /> <br />8.
