EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of February, 2023, at <br /> 6:00 p.m. <br /> The following members were present: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe; and the <br /> following members were absent: None. <br /> Councilmember Groff introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 11967 <br /> APPROVING THE REVOCATION AND DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE <br /> AID (MSA) ROADS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is the official governing body of the City <br /> of Roseville; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that revisions hereinafter <br /> described shall be made to the City's Municipal State Aid Streets system under the provisions of <br /> Minnesota Laws; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> Minnesota: <br /> 1. That the roads described as follows be,and hereby are,revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets <br /> of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the <br /> State of Minnesota: <br /> a. MSAS 228—Oakcrest Avenue, from Fairview Avenue to W Snelling Service <br /> Road (0.48 existing miles) <br /> 2. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, designated as Municipal State Aid <br /> Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation <br /> of the State of Minnesota: <br /> a. MSAS 266—W Snelling Service Road, from Roselawn Avenue to County <br /> Road B (0.50 new miles) <br /> 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of <br /> this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for the Commissioner's consideration. <br /> The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember Strahan, and upon vote being taken thereon, <br /> the following voted in favor thereof: Groff, Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, and Roe; and the following <br /> voted against: None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
