Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: February 28, 2023 <br />Item Description: Water and Sewer Service Lateral Discussion <br />Background: <br />Item No: 7 <br />In 2016, staff presented information to the PWET Commission on water and sewer service <br />laterals. Staff discussed ownership, issues with maintenance, types or maintenance/replacement <br />options, and how the City helps residents with these issues. <br />Staff will provide an updated presentation to the commission, especially on repair options to <br />residents. Staff will also present new options for the City to help residents. Staff would like <br />feedback the proposed programs as we develop the 2024 budget process. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive presentation and provide feedback and recommendations on how the City can help <br />residents with their private water and sewer service laterals. <br />Attachments: <br />A. 2016 PWETC Presentation <br />
