Roseville Public Works, Environment and <br />Transportation Commission <br />Agenda Item <br />Date: February 28, 2023 <br />Item Description: City Code Updates: Title 8 <br />Background: <br />Item No: 5 <br />Community Development has been working on updates to the City Code for the past 12 months. <br />As part of the updates, the Shoreland Ordinance (Chapter 1017) is being modified to fit the <br />Department of Natural Resources (DNR) template. There are a few components in our existing <br />Chapter 1017 that need to be moved to a different section to fit the DNR template. Staff is also <br />proposing a Chapter dedicated to wetlands to better define our requirements and be more <br />transparent. <br />Recommended Action: <br />Receive presentation and make a recommendation to the City Council. <br />Attachments: <br />A.
