RCA Attachment B 627 u.Final stabilization (Ord. 1550, 6-4-2018) 628 3.Contents of Plan: The grading, erosion and sediment control planshall 629 include the following: 630 a.Contact information for thePermittee 631 b.Projectdescription: the nature and purpose of the land disturbance 632 activity and the amount of grading involved, including the amountof 633 material removed and imported to the site 634 c.Phasing of construction: the nature and purpose of the land 635 disturbance activity andthe amount of grading, utilities, andbuilding 636 construction 637 d.Existing and proposed site conditions: existing andproposed 638 topography, vegetation, anddrainage 639 e.Adjacent areas, neighboring streams, lakes, wetlands, residential 640 areas, roads, etc., which mightbe affected by the landdisturbance 641 activity 642 f.Soils: soil names, mapping units,erodibility 643 g.Critical erosion and Environmentally Sensitive areas: areas on the 644 site that have potential for serious erosion problems and localwater 645 resources. 646 h.Erosion and sediment control measures: methods to be used to 647 control erosion and sedimentation on the site, both during andafter 648 the constructionprocess 649 i.Temporary and Permanent stabilization: how the site will be 650 stabilized during and after construction is completed,including 651 specifications 652 j.Storm waterStormwatermanagement: how storm runoff will 653 bemanaged, including methods to be used if the development 654 will result in increased peak rates or volume ofrunoff 655 k.Maintenance: schedule of regular inspections and repair oferosion 656 and sediment controlstructures 657 l.Calculations: any that were made for the design of such items as 658 sediment basins, diversions, waterways, and other applicablepractices 659(Ord. 1510 09-26-16) (Ord. 1550,6-4-2018) 660 E.PlanReview: 661 1.General: The City appoints the City Engineer to review the grading, erosion 662 and sediment control plan to ensure compliance with the City of Roseville 663 Design Standards and Grading, Erosion and Sediment ControlStandards. 664 2.Permit required: If the City determines that the grading, erosion and 665 sediment control plan meets the requirements of this article, the City shall 666 issue a permit, valid for a specified period of time that authorizes the land 667 disturbance activity contingent on the implementation and completion ofthe 668 grading, erosion and sediment controlplan. 669 3.Denial: If the City determines that the grading, erosion and sediment control 670 plan does not meet the requirements of this article, the City shall not issue a 671 permit for the land disturbance activity. The grading, erosion and sediment 672 control plan must be resubmitted for approval before the land disturbance 673 activity begins. No land use and building permits may be issued until the 674 Permittee has an approved grading, erosion and sediment controlplan. 675 4.Permit suspension: If the Citydetermines that the approved plan is not 676 being implemented according to the schedule or the control measures arenot 677 being properly maintained, all land use and building permits mustbe
