RCA Attachment B <br />627 u.Final stabilization (Ord. 1550, 6-4-2018) <br />628 3.Contents of Plan: The grading, erosion and sediment control planshall <br />629 include the following: <br />630 a.Contact information for thePermittee <br />631 b.Projectdescription: the nature and purpose of the land disturbance <br />632 activity and the amount of grading involved, including the amountof <br />633 material removed and imported to the site <br />634 c.Phasing of construction: the nature and purpose of the land <br />635 disturbance activity andthe amount of grading, utilities, andbuilding <br />636 construction <br />637 d.Existing and proposed site conditions: existing andproposed <br />638 topography, vegetation, anddrainage <br />639 e.Adjacent areas, neighboring streams, lakes, wetlands, residential <br />640 areas, roads, etc., which mightbe affected by the landdisturbance <br />641 activity <br />642 f.Soils: soil names, mapping units,erodibility <br />643 g.Critical erosion and Environmentally Sensitive areas: areas on the <br />644 site that have potential for serious erosion problems and localwater <br />645 resources. <br />646 h.Erosion and sediment control measures: methods to be used to <br />647 control erosion and sedimentation on the site, both during andafter <br />648 the constructionprocess <br />649 i.Temporary and Permanent stabilization: how the site will be <br />650 stabilized during and after construction is completed,including <br />651 specifications <br />652 j.Storm waterStormwatermanagement: how storm runoff will <br />653 bemanaged, including methods to be used if the development <br />654 will result in increased peak rates or volume ofrunoff <br />655 k.Maintenance: schedule of regular inspections and repair oferosion <br />656 and sediment controlstructures <br />657 l.Calculations: any that were made for the design of such items as <br />658 sediment basins, diversions, waterways, and other applicablepractices <br />659(Ord. 1510 09-26-16) (Ord. 1550,6-4-2018) <br />660 E.PlanReview: <br />661 1.General: The City appoints the City Engineer to review the grading, erosion <br />662 and sediment control plan to ensure compliance with the City of Roseville <br />663 Design Standards and Grading, Erosion and Sediment ControlStandards. <br />664 2.Permit required: If the City determines that the grading, erosion and <br />665 sediment control plan meets the requirements of this article, the City shall <br />666 issue a permit, valid for a specified period of time that authorizes the land <br />667 disturbance activity contingent on the implementation and completion ofthe <br />668 grading, erosion and sediment controlplan. <br />669 3.Denial: If the City determines that the grading, erosion and sediment control <br />670 plan does not meet the requirements of this article, the City shall not issue a <br />671 permit for the land disturbance activity. The grading, erosion and sediment <br />672 control plan must be resubmitted for approval before the land disturbance <br />673 activity begins. No land use and building permits may be issued until the <br />674 Permittee has an approved grading, erosion and sediment controlplan. <br />675 4.Permit suspension: If the Citydetermines that the approved plan is not <br />676 being implemented according to the schedule or the control measures arenot <br />677 being properly maintained, all land use and building permits mustbe <br /> <br />
