Included in this proposal are coordination with City staff, facilitation of a public engagement <br />process, concept design, budget estimation, and final presentations of the proposed plan to the Parks and <br />Recreation Commission and City Council. We look forward to working with you to refine this proposal to better <br />meet your needs. <br />Scope of Services <br />Coordinate Planning efforts in concert with Roseville Parks and RecreationStaff <br />LHB will work closely with you throughout this process to ensure that we meet your goals. We will conduct a <br />kick-off meeting and provide regular check-ins and updates on project process, schedule, and budget. The <br />kick-off meeting will include a team site visit and review of existing conditions. <br />The City will provide the following: <br />Attendance and participation in kick-off and other teammeetings <br />Available surveys and base site information for thesite <br />Meetings and deliverables willinclude: <br />Meeting agendas,notes/summaries <br />Plan and photo summary of existing siteconditions <br />Facilitate public meetings to obtain residents wants and desires for theirpark <br />Together, we will plan, develop materials for, and conduct two (2) public meetings. These meetings will follow <br />the design process as follows: <br />Public Programming Meeting will introduce participants to the existing site opportunities and <br />constraints, previous planning efforts, and process/schedule for construction.
