<br />Program and the effective and efficient administration of the GranteeProject and if the <br /> <br /> <br />ARTICLE 9 <br />FEDERAL PROGRAM REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Grantee will carry out each activity in compliance with all applicable federal laws and <br />regulations, including but not limited to those described in Exhibit B. <br /> <br />ARTICLE 10 <br />OTHER AUTHORITY REQUIREMENTS <br /> <br />Disallowed Expenditures. Grantee will return to the Authority within fifteen (15) days of <br />demand all proceeds of the Grant expended for disallowed expenditures as determined by the <br />Auditor in accordance with this Agreement, which disallowed expenditures are described as <br />follows: <br /> <br />A. Bad Debts losses arising from un-collectable accounts and other claims, and related <br />costs; <br /> <br />B. Contingencies contributions to a contingency reserve or any similar provision for <br />unforeseen events; <br /> <br />C. contributions and donations; <br /> <br />D. Entertainment costs of amusements, social activities, and incidental costs relating <br />thereto, such as meals, beverages, lodgings, rentals, transportation, and gratuities; <br /> <br />E. Fines and Penalties costs, including late charges, resulting from violations of, or failure <br />to comply with, federal, state, and local laws and regulations; <br /> <br />F. salaries and expenses of the Office of the Governor of a state or <br />the chief executive of a political subdivision, municipality, or body politic and corporate; <br /> <br />G. Legislative Expenses salaries and other expenses of the State Legislature or similar <br />local governmental bodies such as county supervisors, city councils, school boards, etc., <br />whether incurred for purposes of legislation or executive direction; <br /> <br />H. Interest and Other Financial Costs interest on borrowings (however represented), bond <br />discounts, costs of financing and refinancing operations, and legal and professional fees <br />paid in connection therewith; and <br /> <br />I.
