ATTACHMENT G <br />1 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />2 OF THE <br />3 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />4 <br />5 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br />6 <br />7 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />th <br />Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 6 <br />8 day of March 2023, at 6:00 <br />9 p.m. <br />10 <br />11 The following members were present: , , , , and Mayor . <br />12 and the following were absent: . <br />13 <br />14 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 RESOLUTION No. <br />18 <br />19 RESOLUTION OF DECISION OF THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS <br />20 RELATED TO THE APPEAL FROM THE PROPERTY OWNER <br />21 OF 2555 VICTORIA ST N <br />22 REGARDING AN ADMINISTRATIVE DECISION PERTAINING TO PLACEMENT OF <br />23 ILLEGAL DWELLING UNITS <br />24 <br />25 WHEREAS, on December 19, 2022 City staff became aware of two micro housing units (the <br />26 “Units”) placed on a vacant property at 2555 Victoria Street N owned by Prince of Peace <br />27 Lutheran Church which is zoned LDR, Low Density Residential; and <br />28 <br />29 WHEREAS, on December 20, 2022 City staff and Pastor Peter Christ of Prince of Peace <br />30 Lutheran Church corresponded regarding whether the Units complied with Zoning Code, City <br />31 Code and Building Code requirements. The Parties decided to reconnect regarding compliance <br />32 issues after the holiday, but in the meantime Pastor Christ committed to submitting to the City <br />33 technical information about the micro housing units; and <br />34 <br />35 WHEREAS, on January 4, 2023 Settled, acting in cooperation with Prince of Peace Lutheran <br />36 Church, submitted information to the City regarding the Units certification of compliance as a <br />37 “Tiny House on Wheels” via a digitally-issued certificate of compliance by the National <br />38 Organization for Alternative Housing; and <br />39 <br />40 WHEREAS, on January 26, 2023 City staff met on-site with representatives of Prince of Peace <br />41 Lutheran Church, Settled, and the occupants of the Units; and <br />42 <br />RS160\\1\\859288.v1 <br /> <br />
