ATTACHMENT G <br />86 b. The Units are not Buildings, Dwellings, or Dwelling Units in compliance with <br />87 Zoning Code based on the following: <br />88 i. They fail to provide complete kitchen facilities; <br />89 ii. They fail to provide individual bathroom facilities; <br />90 iii. They are not on a permanent foundation. <br />91 c.
