Erosion Control and Stormwater Management <br />825 i.Erosion control plans must be developed and must be consistent with the provisions of <br />826 Section 1012.03.H.3 of this ordinance. Erosion control plans approved by a soil and water <br />827 conservation district may be required if project size and site physical characteristics <br />828 warrant. <br />829 ii. Stormwater management facilities must be designed and constructed to manage expected <br />830 quantities and qualities of stormwater runoff. <br />831 Chapter 1017 Shoreland, Wetland and Storm Water Management \[REPEALED\] <br />832 Section 3. Environmental Regulations. After Planning Commission and City Council <br />833 consideration of Phase 2 of Project File 0044, the Roseville City Code, Title 10 (Zoning) is hereby <br />834 amended to revise certain regulations pertaining to landscaping requirements and add regulations for <br />835 electric vehicle charging. <br />836 §1011.03.A.3.e.ii <br />837 Multi-family residential dwellings shall require 1 canopy orand 1 evergreen tree per dwelling unit two <br />838 thousand (2,000) square feet of open area. <br />839 §1011.03.A.4 <br />840 c. All plant materials shall be selected based on zone tolerance in accordance with the USDA Plant <br />841 Hardiness Zone Map. <br />842 d.
