27 EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />28 CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />29 <br />30 * * * * * * * * * * * <br />31 <br />32 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />33 County of Ramsey, Minnesota was duly held on the 27th day of February, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. <br />34 <br />35 The following members were present: <br />36 <br />37 and the following were absent: <br />38 <br />39 Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />40 <br />41 RESOLUTION _______ <br />42 <br />43 RESOLUTION DIRECTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />44 LEVY UNPAID WATER, SEWER AND OTHER CITY CHARGES FOR PAYABLE 2010 or <br />45 BEYOND <br />46 <br />47 WHEREAS, the City Code of the City of Roseville, Sections 506, 801, 802, and 906 provides that the <br />48 City may certify to the County Auditor the amounts of unpaid sewer, water, and other charges to <br />49 be entered as part of the tax levy on said premises: <br />50 <br />51 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />52 as follows: <br />53 <br />54 <br />55 1.Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part thereof by reference is a list of parcels of real <br />56 property lying within the City limits which are served by the City of Roseville, and on which there are <br />57 unpaid city water, sewer, and other charges as shown on the attached Schedule A. <br />58 <br />59 2.The Council hereby certifies said list and requests the Ramsey County Auditor to include in the <br />60 real estate taxes due the amount set forth in Schedule A. <br />61 <br />62 The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by member and upon <br />63 a vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />64 <br />65 and the following voted against the same: <br />66 <br />67 WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />68 <br />Page 2 of 3 <br /> <br />
