b. The Units are not Buildings, Dwellings, or Dwelling Units in compliance with <br /> Zoning Code based on the following: <br /> i. They fail to provide complete kitchen facilities; <br /> ii. They fail to provide individual bathroom facilities; <br /> iii. They are not on a permanent foundation. <br /> c. The Units are also not in compliance with other City Codes including: <br /> i. City Code Section 801.06 requiring separate connection to municipal <br /> water for each dwelling. <br /> ii. City Code Section 802.03 requiring that any building used for human <br /> habitation be connected to municipal sewer. <br /> iii. City Code Section 906.05 requiring foundation systems supported by <br /> footings or properly anchored and capable of supporting nominal loads <br /> and resisting load effects. <br /> d. If the Units are considered recreational vehicles (RV's),Recreational camping <br /> areas are not permitted in any zoning district in the City of Roseville. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member Etten, and <br /> upon a vote being taken thereon,the following voted in favor thereof: Strahan, Etten, Schroeder, <br /> Groff, and Mayor Roe; and the following voted against the same:None. <br /> WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
