e. Any request to reduce the boundaries of shorelands of public waters within City of Roseville <br />must be sent to the commissioner or the commissioner's designated representative for <br />approval and must include a resolution and supporting data The boundaries of shorelands may <br />be reduced when the shoreland of water bodies with different classifications overlap In these <br />cases, the topographic divide between the water bodies shall be used for adjusting <br />boundaries. <br />9. Mandatory EAW: An Environmental Assessment Worksheet consistent with Minnesota Rules <br />Chapter 4410 must be prepared for projects meeting the thresholds of Minnesota Rules part <br />4410.4300, Subparts 19a, 20a, 25, 27, 28, 29, and 36a. <br />10. Planned Unit Development: A planned unit development (PUD) may be permitted within the <br />Shoreland Overlay District as long as it follows the requirements of Chapter 1024 Planned Unit <br />Developments and Section 1012.03.J below. <br />D. Shoreland Classification System and Land Uses <br />1. Shoreland Classification System <br />a. Purpose. To ensure that shoreland development on the public waters of the City of Roseville <br />is regulated consistent with the classifications assigned by the commissioner under Minnesota <br />Rules, part 6120.3300. <br />b. Lakes are classified as follows: <br />i. State designated general development (GD) lakes: <br />Lake Name <br />DNR Public Waters I.D. # <br />Little Johanna <br />62005800 or 62-58P <br />Lake Josephine <br />62005700 or 62-57P <br />Lake Owasso <br />62005600 or 62-56P <br />McCarron Lake <br />62005400 or 62-54P <br />ii. State designated natural environment (NE) lakes: <br />Lake Name <br />DNR Public Waters I.D. # <br />Bennett Lake <br />62004800 or 62-48W <br />Langton Lake <br />62004900 or 62-49W <br />iii. City designated general development (GD)Makes: <br />Lake Name <br />Oasis Pond <br />Zimmerman Lake <br />Walsh Lake <br />Willow Pond <br />2. Land Uses: The land uses allowable for the Shoreland Overlay District shall follow the permitted <br />and conditional use designations as defined and outlined in the underlyingzoning oning district. <br />
