Shoreland Management Regulations After Planning Commission and City Council consideration of Phase 2 of Project File 0044, the Roseville City Code, Title 10 (Zoning) is hereby amended to reflect updates to the shoreland management regulations made to ensure that the provisions of the zoning code are in alignment with the model ordinance prepared by Minnesota Department of Natural Resources, including repealing the existing Chapter 1017 (Shoreland, Wetland and Storm Water Management) and replacing it with a new Shoreland Overlay District in Chapter 1012 (Overlay Districts).
