Notwithstanding the requirements of subsections above, all new motor fuel sales (gas station) 861 <br />as defined in Section 1001.10 shall be required to install at least one EVCS as Level 2 or 862 <br />greater. 863 <br />b. In addition to the number of required EVCS, the following accommodations shall be required 864 <br />for the anticipated future growth in market demand for electric vehicles: 865 <br />i. New Non-Residential and Multiple-Family Residential Land Uses (5 or more units per 866 <br />building): all new parking areas shall provide electric vehicle supply equipment (EVSE) 867 <br />with the electrical capacity necessary to accommodate the future hardwire installation of 868 <br />EVCS as Level 2 or greater for a minimum of 10% of required parking spaces. 869 <br />RCA Attachment A <br />Page 30 of 32
