Attachment A EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * 1 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of th 2 Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 10 day of April, 2023, at 3 6:00p.m. 4 The following members were present: ; and and the following members were absent: 5 Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: 6 RESOLUTION NO. 7 APPROVING THE REVOCATION AND DESIGNATION OF MUNICIPAL STATE 8 AID (MSA) ROADS 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Roseville is the official governing body of the City 10 of Roseville; and 11 WHEREAS, it appears to the City Council of the City of Roseville that revisions hereinafter 12 described shall be made to the City’s Municipal State Aid Streets system under the provisions of 13 Minnesota Laws. 14 NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Roseville, 15 Minnesota: 16 1. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, revoked as Municipal State Aid Streets 17 of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation of the 18 State of Minnesota: 19 a.MSAS 228 –Oakcrest Avenue, from Fairview Avenue to W Snelling Service 20 Drive (0.50 existing miles) 21 2. That the roads described as follows be, and hereby are, designated as Municipal State Aid 22 Streets of the City of Roseville subject to the approval of the Commissioner of Transportation 23 of the State of Minnesota: 24 a. MSAS 266 –W Snelling Service Drive, from Roselawn Avenue to County 25 Road B (0.50 new miles) 26 3. That the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to forward two certified copies of 27 this resolution to the Commissioner of Transportation for the Commissioner’s consideration. 28 The motion was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the 29 following voted in favor thereof: ; and and the following voted against: 30 WHEREUPON said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
